Since I'm not currently in the classroom, I decided to share a personal experience that will hopefully give those who view it a little insight into what a typical military family might experience during a deployment.
This video shows snippets of our lives as we went through a 7 month deployment. Although there may have been some rough moments along the way, we both endured the hardships thrown our way. It wasn't our first deployment (nor will it be the last) but making it especially difficult was the birth of our daughter exactly 4 weeks after my husband deployed. He returned the day before she turned 6 months old.
