Virtual Group Work

I'll start by saying that I typically DO NOT enjoy group work in classes I am taking... never have. I don't know too many people who do... maybe those who hope to not have to do as much work?
Anyway, for one of my on-line classes we were recently given an assignment in which we had to work in a group. This was my first experience doing 'virtual group work'. I sort of dreaded it, as I typically do with any group assignments, but it turned out not to be so bad. The Internet and technology has made this type of thing pretty simple. It certainly helped that my group members were on top of things on their end too!
So, I guess my point is, that I still prefer NOT to do group work, but this little experience with virtual group work was a good one!
